It Started with a Provocation.
We’re Sabrina and Meghan.
One of us a futurist. The other, an organizational scientist.
We kept seeing the same pattern: bold reports on the "future of work,", "future of talent," "future of AI." While there was abundance of the "Future of....", the Future AND Leadership was was missing from the table.
What needs to be different about the way we lead?
Where was the conversation about who would lead in those futures?
How we will lead?
Toward what outcomes?
The future doesn’t come with instructions.
And, nor will how we lead. Regardless of the desire for a simple framework, or past precedent, leaders will need to look past prediction and “maps”. Instead, we’ll need preparation and "compasses" as the nature of leadership will be reimagined alongside the volatility we see.

So we built a game. Now, we’re building a growing community of leaders and facilitators who want to imagine and activate leadership differently.
It's a global rehearsal space for the kind of leadership the future actually needs.
